Abstract

The Administrative Region of Santa Cruz (XIX RA) is located at the far west of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro and consists of the neighborhoods of Paciência, Santa Cruz, and Sepetiba. The RA covers a total area of 168.04 km², distributed as follows: Paciência, 27.41 km²; Santa Cruz, 125.04 km²; and Sepetiba, 11.62 km².
