Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis, including data and insights on the evolution of income, formal and informal employment, broken down by sector of activity, type of occupation, and region of the city of Rio de Janeiro, as well as its metropolitan area. The goal is to provide the Rio de Janeiro City Hall with information to support the development of public policies and strategies to promote economic and social development.
